Online registration

Client must sign up on our website and complete the registration form. All information will not be disclosed to other people and used exclusively for this service. Italian law on privacy will be enforced. If the client doesn’t agree with the contract is pleased to discountinue the registration.

Modem setting.
To set your laptop we need to have it along with the charger and the password. Please remove peer to peer programs such as Torrent, Lime Wire, Gnutella and similar. Usually we return the laptop the next day, depending on the numbers of laptop to be set, if are pc or mac.

Pick up of your laptop.
At laptop pickup, you will be shown how  to connect, how to turn off the connection when the Internet is not in use and informed that the weekly traffic limit is only 5 gigabytes. Surpassing this limit will cause extra charges of 25 €/Gb.or fraction of it.

Payment
Payment will be made in advance for the period of usage by charging your credit card.

Trial period
Clients has three days to test the modems and its service. If in this period the client is not satisfied about the service, he/she will reimbursed immediately for the full amount paid without any delay. After this period it will be possible to breach the
contract.
